I hired London City Waste Clearance to remove mainly 55m² of floorboards, and 12 sacks of rubble. They arrived on time yesterday, cleared the space quickly and carefully, and were courteous throughout. You might find their high rating here suspicious, but it turns out to be deserved- and the service I used, where they collect items with a van, saved me from having to deal with a skip, and associated council licences. I suggest having some photos and video ready to send them so you can get a quote sooner. They picked up the waste from a 1st floor unit, so allowing for extra time, you won't have to bring everything to the kerbside. They did spend a bit more time than I was originally quoted- but they really worked hard and wasted no time, so I can't imagine how it could have been done any faster, and will be happy to pay if I'm charged any overage. As a plus, I'm told pretty much everything gets recycled, even concrete and rubble.

Really great service from start to finish. James was excellent to deal with over the phone with everything communicated really clearly and made the whole process really easy. Collection was prompt, fuss free and friendly. Best price around and by far the best service around. Will definitely use again and recommend to others. Glad to have found them.
Did this really happen? I emailed them at about 6am this morning, they confirmed theyd collect at 9 and it all happened! prompt service from the office, driver/collector was great (and got a tip for a coffee) and the prices were fine. have bookmarked and will use again...
Had a clear out so contacted these guys to request a quote. James was very responsive via email and managed to arrange next day to get the rubbish collected. Driver arrived on time despite traffic and was very professional and friendly. Quote was reasonable given the weight of total waste. Overall, great service and highly recommended
