Camden Carers has been by far the best organisation for me for many years now. They have helped me in so many ways and without them to support me I’m not sure that I would be sitting here writing this now. I have dealt with numerous members of staff and ALL are extremely helpful and caring and I cannot thank them enough. ????
A brilliant service supporting people who are caring for their loved ones in Camden. Anyone can access their advice and support. Really great staff who go out of their way to support people in often very difficult circumstances.
I have no idea how this group gets such high ratings. Any time I have asked for help, I have found them to be exceptionally slow at any kind of a response. I called them on the 19 March and I was told it would be called back. There is no time given, just to expect a call back. I just called them now on the 28 March and, while there is a note about my original phone call, it has yet to be actioned. This has happened on other occasions as well. Once I waited 3 weeks for a call back and then they couldn't help me with Camden Council anyway so it was not helpful. As long as they pick up their paycheques, what else matters?
A very helpful association in providing information. Sigal is to me is an asset to the place and I got some information even though she couldn't help me further than that day I wanted to discuss ways to work in healthcare. The staff here are very helpful and the centre looks like the place you'd want to come along to if you are caring for a relative. Highly recommended for the ambience of the place.
