we used Camden Town Airport Transfer Taxi to take us from the airport to our hotel and then 3 days later from the hotel. We arrived early at Heathrow (10min) and had to wait for the driver. I did not have my phone enabled so I didn't see the text they had sent regarding his arrival. But that was not a big deal for us. The driver that picked us up from the hotel 3 days later was on time, texts to identify the car as well as the driver and we had a leisurely drive to the port. We will use Camden Town Airport Transfer Taxi again when we need in airport journey.
