    The worst taxi service I have ever experienced. I booked my taxi way in advance because I had to make the last train to London due to the strikes. Not only the taxi was late and I missed my train but when I kept trying to ring the office to ask for updates they actually blocked my number so that I wouldn’t keep ringing. They’re despicable. If you’re not willing to deal with customers then don’t work in customer service. The person in charge of the phones was a gentleman and it all happened on 14/12/22 at 1600. I urge people not to use this taxi service - you’ll be stranded if you rely on them.

    Booked taxi service in Waterloo London. Car arrived within 10 minutes and dropped us at Stansted Airport. All went well. Recommend this taxi firm.

    I hired cab from Bank station to Guildford from here. The pick up point was bit tricky but eventually we found. Nice bmw and was a pleasant journey. Thanks.

    We were on stuck Westminster Bridge in a heavy rain with 1 year old baby when this firm became a lifesaver. We are really thankful to you guys and bless you. Definitely Recommended.

    Euro mobile cars were booked for early morning & urgent important business trip to Gatwick. Despite being told they would be there in 10min, request had been sub-contracted out to alternative parties and an unnamed driver arrived in 25min. I was then told I needed to pay in cash as cards not accepted which has not been notified earlier before driver coerced me to withdraw cash from ATM. Unfortunately cash not able to be withdrawn as quote was pretty steep. I was then driven to central London accomplice to pay on ankther drivers card machine. Got out of being asked to pay additional £5 ‘processing’ fee and after an additional 20min detour we were finally on our way. Unfortunately this unnecessary detour got me to airport 20min late by which stage I had missed my flight causing significant emotional, mental and financial concern. My business trip was a 1day and due to this ridiculous lack of basic payment tech support, my day was ruined and trip cancelled. I am still awaiting compensation
