They arrived at the pick location early, ready to load all my belongings onto the immaculate van. All furniture items were wrapped and loaded efficiently. What I expected to be a stressful experience was so easy and I felt very comfortable knowing my belongings would be taken care of. We have moved twice with UK EU removals now and both times the service has been superb. Moving is such a stressful thing so the calm confidence of Alex and his team, both in planning the move and executing it on the day, were so reassuring for us. UK EU Removals moved me from London to East Sussex and they were extremely helpful and efficient. Maria was attentive and reassuring when making the booking, with a highly competitive price for a great service. I did the packing myself and when Nick and his assistant arrived on moving day they were calm and friendly- just what I needed as I was stressed and anxious! They did an amazing job of fitting all my stuff into the van and worked hard to load in good time. They again were super-helpful at the destination- unloading and re-assembling the beds etc in a short time and always with a smile. I would give 5 stars but my only issue is the amount of chips and scuffs I've since found n various items of wooden furniture. To be fair, I did joke that I didn't have antiques so nothing was too valuable, however the oak sideboards which were on very good condition now have chips on them. I am probably moving again within 6 months and would definitely use them again. Next time though to prevent any damage, those items which I want protected, I'll wrap well myself in furniture covers. Overall, highly recommended. They can't be beaten on price, Maria will bend over backwards to help and reassure you and the guys are polite, friendly and efficient. John and George did a great job for our move. They were very responsive, flexible and efficient. They were also very professional, on time, quick to work while cautious with fragile items, during the packing and move, nothing was broken, the furniture were dismantled/ assembled carefully. Communication was good from the first contact to the end. Work done in a good atmosphere. I would definietly recommend them. Thank you UK EU Removals for the hard work.
I cannot recommend UK EU Removals highly enough. I had a very stressful move from Brighton, UK to Vienna, Austria, in which my storage unit had to be emptied without supervision while I was in Vienna, packed and delivered to my new home in Austria. I was extremely nervous, but Maria (who coordinated the move) and Alex (who packed and moved everything, and drove the van) made the whole process incredibly easy. Their pricing is clear and with no hidden extras. Alex took care of everything extremely well, all my things arrived ahead of schedule and with no damage. No frills, just honest, hard-working and excellent service at an extremely completive price. Great company.
