Andre showed us round the flat and he was very informed and friendly. During the referencing and contract-signing stages, Tim (the manager) was incredibly communicative, responsive and understanding. Our experience at Courtneys can’t be better. When we first saw our flat available online we contacted Tim and Andre, which were extremely quick at showing the flat and making everything smooth. Once the landlord accepted our offer they started the moving in process supporting us in every question and keeping everything very clear. Once we moved in the apartment was even better than before, all painted and clean to the last detail. Tim and Andre even arranged some calls with us to check some details in the apartment before we moved in. Once we moved we had some welcoming gifts and they continue to support us, almost weekly with any question we might have, being really quick at fixing any issue and always extremely friendly doing it. Courtneys have probably been the best estate agents I have dealt with in ten years of renting and flat searching in London. They were professional at all stages and made what could have been a complex process seem very easy and simple. Andre, who showed us our current flat, was informative and personable. Tim, who managed the rental process, was communicative, understanding and diligent throughout. After submitting our offer we had an 'interview' with Tim, which was a new step in the process for me, but it seems to have successfully matched our needs and our landlady's.
